- Shock wave therapy
A modern machine that transforms an air wave into an acoustic radical wave is used for painless treatment of various types of pain, e.g. pain at the sites of muscle attachments, pain in the big joints of the body, various muscle and tendon injuries, groin pain. It is also used to treat chronic pain, and its application can replace certain surgeries.
- Therapeutic laser treatment and laser shower
It is used to treat spine pain and pain in the big working joints of the body (hip, knee, shoulder). The laser shower allows us to treat a large body area in a short time. It effectively helps the process of scar healing.
- Improved, modernised lymphatic drainage
Provided using new, more powerful Lymfoven apparatuses that are also suitable for cosmetic applications.
- Physiotherapeutic exercise sessions in a new air-conditioned gym equipped with aids for group exercising

In May 2009 we opened a new stomatology centre within the process of extending the range of services we offer to our clients. It is situated in the rear part of the building housing the health centre.
The newly established centre is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and, besides preventive stomatology, it also specialises in stomatosurgery, which is a field not so abundantly pursued in our region.
The team of top professionals offer a wide range of services which even the most demanding clients are sure to choose from. We provide complex dental treatment by carrying out all dental interventions including above-standard ones. Those worth mentioning include teeth whitening by up to six shades or a completely new method of dental scale removal without using a drill.
The guarantor of the high quality of the services we offer is Dr. Iuliia Asina who, after graduating from the Faculty of Stomatology of the National Medical University of O.O. Bogomol’cya in Kiev, started her practice in the field of maxillofacial surgery in Hospital No. 12 in Kiev. After that, she worked as the head of the stomatology centre of the Ukrainian-German joint-stock company, Stomoks (a private company dealing with stomatology) where she specialised in stomatosurgery. She is an associate author of many papers on maxillofacial surgery and she regularly participates in international stomatology congresses.
The Czech Republic is a country with high mortality due to cardiovascular diseases which are responsible for more than half of all deaths. Principle share present complications of atherosclerosis – ischemic heart disease, vascular brain incident and other vascular diseases. Risk factors for development of atherosclerosis are evident in portion of Czech population. The number of smokers does not change in principle; number patients with obesity, hypertension and metabolic syndrome increases. Number of those deaths and cardiovascular incidents can be prevented by early diagnostics and adequate therapy.
Project of cardiology clinic in already established policlinic in centre of Beroun should offer citizens of Beroun what has been so far inaccessible or very badly accessible – complete cardiovascular diagnostics and therapy in one place in outpatient sphere without necessity to travel or without needless hospitalisation and primarily without long order time limit.
We offer to our clients complete non-invasive diagnostics of heart and vascular diseases which consists of those methods: Echocardiography, ECG, ultrasound of vascular diseases, arrhythmia and blood pressure Holter monitoring and exercise examinations (ECG and ECHO). Part of this project is formation of two monitored beds which serve for diagnostics and therapy of patients with acute difficulties especially arrhythmia character.
There will be performed pharmacology as well as electric cardioversion of arrhythmias without need for hospitalisation of patient; the supervision after short anaesthesia will be ensured by experienced personnel. Beds will also serve for diagnostics of initially unclear conditions such as patients with atypical chest pain and negative ECG as well as for short intensive therapy of patients with ischemic disease of lower extremities or chronic heart failure.
Intervention diagnostics and therapy will be provided in coordination with cardiovascular centre in IKEM Prague.
